Fibromyalgia is an illness affecting the muscles & joints which can be very painfull it can also cause un-refreshed sleep & fatigue among other symptoms.

We are a suport group that support people suffering with fibromyalgia syndrome symptoms which may include wide spread lasting 3 months or more is the main symptom profound tiredness Fatigue, Depression, IBS, Foggy head, Stabby pain, Prickly pain, Trigger points , Muscle knots, Bloating, Joint pain, foot pain, Digestive Issues, mood swing, headaches, Muscle spasms, Buzzing sensation in ears Burning pain Unfreshed sleep & exhaustion, Among other symptoms
We run a SUPPORT GROUP in the FOOTBALL CLUB Macduff Street LOSSIEMOUTH & Also Telephone Support: On the last WEDNESDAY of the month at 7: 30pm
Anyone who suffers from this dibilitating Ilness or is affected by someone who has this are more than welcome to come along to the meetings
We try to get speakers to come along to give advice or support Benefits, Occupational Therapy, Pain managment & relaxation Often we are there to support one another especially when Family& Friends & even your GP don`t understand We are all differnt & all have different symptoms at different levels And all suffer different levels of Pain WE are here to SUPPORT ANYONE 24 /7
