fast and efficient service

Thanks to Thom we came out over the weekend to check on an issue. Turned out to be a faulty router which he replaced very quickly. Broadband is really quick now.

Just had it installed yesterday 05/07/18 and the speed jumps from 1.2mbps to 12.35mbps I’m hoping it will settle down fingers crossed

I switched from BT to Lothian Broadband last year. I've seen a massive increase in speed and if you do have a problem for any reason you can actually speak to a real person in the office who can sort it out for you. Great service.

I have had this service now for a while. It has never dropped out, BT used to on a regular basis. I have got my two neighbours on it too by using my dish to bounce the signal to them. They are really happy with it too. I also got a customer of mine to get it & now the Internet there is fabulous. I should have asked for a discount as commission lol. Brilliant company, very friendly and professional.

Guys went above and beyond today after our main router mysteriously broke down. New router configured and installed within 3 hours ! Including after hours service - thanks guys , happy husband as meant his emails got sent �

Great service! With Lothian Broadband you are not just one more number, you are a person. I do a lot of online gaming with a lot of friends around the world, mainly in North America, and I do it with an excellent ping (60 to 80 ms). If you are a gamer, hands down I would recommend Lothian Broadband!
