A computer repair & sales shop. New & refurbished PC's
Established in 2002 and still the same family business.
Have been successful doing this as we are open and honest with every one we deal with and offer guarantees on all work carried out.
Our service price has been the same for about 5 years, we don't overcharge and rely on repeat business and everyone telling their friends about us.
You can call or pop in and chat face to face. We are happy to offer free advice to try to save you money, and keep your computing world working.

Anyone can say they can repair computers these days, but can they offer you a gaurantee, what a if a "new part" they have fitted goes wrong. . . do they have stock ? Will they say it's not covered ?
ALL our work is gauranteed.
We fix between 5-10 computers every day we are open. . . over the course of almost 15 years. . . that's a LOT of repairs we have experience about.
AND you can come in and chat with us anytime. We don'y just hide behind a phone. Come in and see us ! We're very nice ! lol

After a long journey of photography to wedding videos to computers, the circle is now complete as we close down Lothian Computers for ever.
Allison has now joined Grahame full time at GWS Photography, as we look to expand there for the future.
Some people who don’t know our story think photography is the new thing for us, but it’s the other way around - as the computer shop was a break from photography whilst home computing exploded.
... The time is perfect now for us to close Lothian Computers officially and carry on doing what we’d always set out to do, and work for ourselves full time in the industry we love - photography.
We didn’t think GWS would take off so fast , but it’s been phenomenal. The studio side being booked out 6 weeks in advance on average , and weddings 18 months.
2018 weddings are all booked up, and in fact 2019 dates are 2/3 full already too.
A massive thank you to everyone that happened by Lothian Computers over the years , to Alastair for the years he helped us, all the part time staff we hired - even the really terrible workers. We thank you all for being part of that journey.

The best punk covers for Easter - Sunday 1st April.
Setting Sons are playing live with the very best of The Jam, The Clash, Sex Pistols, Stiff Little Fingers from East Lothians finest punk covers band.
Over the years Setting Sons have supported SLF on many occasions at Glasgow's Barrowland, Edinburgh's HMV Picture House, Liquid Rooms etc, and now with a new drummer in Jamie Wishart... Keith & Niffy are alowed out to play again.
... This is Easter Sunday - April 1st - Setting Sons Super Sunday with festivities starting around 3:30pm until 7pm.
**Setting Sons on stage at 4:00pm with a BIG set.
There will be suiting fill music and cheap drink to give you a jolly good Easter Sunday.

Lothian Computers is closed for the forseeable future for a rufurbishment to the studio.
We’re sorry that we can’t take in any more repairs during this time.
We're working quite sporadic hours just now due to unforeseen circumstances, so please call first if you are coming in to see us.

Things going great down at new shop (by East Links Family Park ) , never really had the chance to check in here. Because of demand we're open most Sundays just now usually around 11am to 1pm. Check first though.

Loooooads of new PCs and laptops going out this week. Workshop is buzzing....
10 days then the new owners take over 98 High Street. Willl miss it, but we're loving our new place at East Links.
We have 2 recon laptops ready to go - and they'll no doubt go quick again.

It's all been getting a bit scary down here...
Must be the fresh country air, but something is making these laptops sell as quick as we can get them in.

We're in our new home. Established in 2002 offering amazing customer service and still going strong.
You can park right at our door every day... no driving around the High Street (or Market Street) trying to get a parking space... we have guaranteed parking every day !
And of course we can still collect too.
... But come along and see us, still building and selling PC's, new laptops, servicing, repairs, virus removal... and of course... the free advice.
Other shops come and go, we're at 14 years and counting.
Find us at East Links Family Park, Dunbar, EH42 1XF, if you're coming from Haddington or North Berwick you don't even have to go into Dunbar, you could probably get to us quicker than trying to get parked in town.
