Wow, what a find! The best Chinese food we’ve tasted and all vegan! Gorgeous fresh ingredients and freshly cooked with care and attention to detail. We had such a lovely evening and the vibe, the food and the service was immense. We can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you Lotus! ���

Went tonight and loved dinner! I tried the shredded vegan chicken with salt and chilli fries, so tasty! Portion sizes were bigger than I expected and got a doggy bag to take home. Will be coming back again soon. Thanks Lotus 😋

We went here last night. I was looking forward to it so much, with all the vegetarian options available and being able to have everything on the menu. I was not disappointed. There was a lovely atmosphere which was relaxing. My only trouble was being spoiled for choice on what to have. I went with 4 non-vegetarians who also enjoyed their meals. This is my new favourite place. I will be back. A lot

We went for the first time last night and what an amazing find and a hidden gem! We don't think it gets enough credit or hype, needs to be more well known and talked about to support them! Amazing that they donate to charity as well and cater so well for us veggie/vegans with so much choice on the menu too, such a great thing their doing.

Food was delicious, amazing fried rice, vegan crispy shredded sweet and spicy chicken and salt and chilli vegan chicken balls and the banana fritters and vegan vanilla ice cream were to die for! So glad we found it and hope it goes from strength to strength. Really quick service and very friendly, attentive owner who even shook our hand to thank us for coming, also does takeaways at value prices! Keep doing what your doing, would definitely recommend to all! We'll be back :) x

Tonight visited a pure vegan Chinese restaurant. Prawn crackers, spring rolls, chicken noodle soup and chicken Sweet corn soup. Mains consisted of beef in black sauce, chicken curry, shredded pork in a noodle nest and sweet & sour pork. For once I had dessert...pineapple fritters. Superb portions and no msg in sight. This is an amazing restaurant, such care and attention on each dish. Loved the fact the owner shook our hands on leaving. Well will visit again when in the area.

This place is amazing! The best spring rolls I've eaten and the main dishes were so delicious. The waiter was really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. This place is in my top 5 vegan places to eat. Already planning our next visit!

These guys know exactly what they're doing. So nice to find a vegan eatery that really cares and are not just jumping on the bandwagon. If you are vegan and you love Chinese food its very hard. This place is your answer.

Great food and responsibly sourced ethical ingredients- even their diet coke is sourced from ethical suppliers.

Such a great wee restaurant - nice atmosphere, really clean and well decorated, the staff and owner are top class and the food was amazing. Fantastic value for money - will definitely be back.

I finally made it to Lotus today with my sister!

It did not disappoint.

The staff are so friendly and attentive and the restaurant is very clean. We were able to eat our food at our own pace and not feel rushed unlike other restaurants we have been too.

I could eat in this restaurant for days. The food was amazing!

We both had vegetarian spring rolls for starter.

I had sweet and sour vegetarian chicken balls with egg fried rice and my sister had curry tofu with fried rice.

I have never tasted food like this, the flavours were amazing and the food was so clean.

Knowing that all choices on the menu were either vegetarian or vegan made the experience more enjoyable.

Lots of tasty dishes to choose from.

Wonderful menu,excellent service & good prices,can’t ask for more.

Loads of choice on the menu . Staff are very welcoming and friendly . The owner advised us that from March they will be adding gluten free curry to the menu . They already have lots of gf choice so that will be a welcome addition . This was our first tine here but we will definitely return . Food was delicious .

I love Lotus so much!! The food is amazing and original. Eric who owns and runs this restaurant is the nicest person you'll ever meet. There are many vegan restaurants in Glasgow however this is my number one choice. It is delicious and the only truly authentic Chinese restaurant in all of Glasgow that is 100% vegan. Eating here is like comfort food, it makes me happy.

I cannot praise this restaurant highly enough or recommend it highly enough either. It is a gem within the vegan community and sure to be loved by non-vegans alike. The food is fantastic and I believe the owner deserves an award for being able to create a whole chinese menu of choices whilst sticking consistently to his philosophy of health vegan ingredients eg: no msg's and being the only vegan chinese restaurant in Scotland. It is such a friendly welcoming place with the highest level of customer service. Have been twice now, planning to visit regularly. All the traditional chinese restaurant favorites are available, worth the travel everytime.

Had the most perfect first time here tonight! The welcome, food, atmosphere, price, staff - 5star.

Friends and i went last night. Courteous and friendly staff were attentive and well informed. Delicious food with masses of variety was available on the menu - and bespoke requests were dealt with instantly. My food was delicious! The pièce de résistance = banana dumping with syrup.... substantial, delicious :)

Definitely will return.

Could not recommend this place enough! Really friendly service and the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The food is freshly prepared and the owner makes sure everything is healthy and is obviously extremely passionate about his restaurant. I highly recommend the crispy shredded chicken in sweet and spicy sauce and the banana fritters! I’m already excited for my next visit!

Being vegan means it's pretty hard to get good Chinese food.....not in Glasgow though. Lotus is excellent. Loads of choice and the food isn't full of sugar and oil. The flavours are subtle and the meat substitutes are great too. Highly recommended

After only one visit this is now my favourite Chinese restaurant in Glasgow. It might even be my favourite restaurant. Food is delicious and staff are so friendly. Hard for me to decide what to get as it’s all vegan. I have now decided to keep returning until I have tried everything on the menu.
