Loudons Cafe And Bakery

I absolutely love Loudons! It is my favorite place in Edinburgh, they have great food and lovely coffee. The cafe is a lovely space, there is a lot of light and I just really love hanging out there,

Flavoursome pancakes. Nice surroundings. However very busy over weekends for lunch/brunch. Prepare for wait. Sofa's are comfy but wouldn't recommend them unless no other tables available for dining.

Best place to have a breakfast or brunch in Edinburgh. Plenty of options, amazing food and super cool staff. Great place for couples, family and even for larger groups.

Nicely decorated place, in a great area. However, it can be really crowded especially at the weekends. Also, the coffee is not so great and it's really small for its price. However, I understand that the breakfast is good (hence the long queues).

The best place for breakfast in Edinburgh. I've been there seventh times so far (and planning more), tried sixth different breakfast options and each one was delicious. They do great coffee and amazing cakes as well (carrot cake was the best from what I have tried so far)! The service is always spot on, everyone smiles and make you feel very welcome. Bright, simple yet tasty interior. Busy at weekends, but so, SO worth your time and money! ♥

I ordered the fruit of the forest pancake. It was so good that I'm sitting here writing the review right now. Amazing food, portions were perfect size and service was incredible

The full Scottish breakfast here was superb. Great wholemeal bread toasted perfectly sets of egg, bacon, sausage, home made beans, potato scone and black pudding.
Superb selection of tea and coffee.

Bright and airy cafe. I had a decent lunch, well cooked. Prices reasonable given location. Staff really on the ball. Worth going back to.

Simply amazing food. Had the full Scottish breakfast and everything from the sausages to the black pudding was absolutely delicious. The service is great and so is the ambience. A must visit cafe in Edinburgh.
