The sales assistance was very helpful and made it a special memory for me and took pictures of myself & son and as they were so busy after cleaning up after their break in the couldn't monogram my bag on the day which I totally understood but next time I was back in Edinburgh as I live in Spain I got it monogrammed and have to say I just love my Neverfull

I absolutely loved my visit here to purchase my new Neverfull bag, was so pleased with the service I bought a scarf to match!
