The Green Rooms understands that stress, anxiety and depression are common problems in today's chaotic world. Counselling can be a fantastic way of dealing with your issues, but sometimes the added stress of nhs waiting lists or private fees simply add to the worry.

We want to be able to offer counselling to everyone who is in need, whatever their financial situation. The reality is that we are not able to offer free counselling in Glasgow, but we can offer low cost counselling in Glasgow to people who are not able to afford the full fee. This will depend on counsellor availability, but we will aim to meet everyone's needs.

We plan to develop this service, but at the moment we are able to offer counselling from a female counsellor in Glasgow City Centre and Glasgow South Side to individual people (i. e. not couples, families, etc).
