I can be hired with The PandoraStar light machine to your event, or I can arrange locally in Hastings at The Wellington Wellness centre or The Memorial Gallery both in central Hastings. I come to your business premises to give your team a session with the lamp.

Notes for GPs – Stroboscopic Light Therapy

Stroboscopic Light Therapy is a non-intrusive form of light therapy, which concentrates involves the client closing their eyes under a flickering light machine. The session can provide a client with relief from tension, relieving stiff muscles and joints in the physical body. The session is highly relaxing and can have a profound relief upon the negative effects of stress.

I have worked as a Neurofeedback therapist in London measuring brainwaves and using visuals to guide and entrain more relaxed and refreshed states of consciousness.
