Luggage-Point was established in 2012 as the service and retail division of Weigh-ahead. Our mission is to further improve the experience for airport passengers and operators by providing a raft of essential airport services from one centralised location.

I am so upset I've ever let them to take my item. I should have paid for extra suitcase instead!
2 weeks, 3 e-mails, 4 phone calls... until they were able to send me a quote! Then on phone they said they needed my credit card numbers for payment and they would ship my item the next day but I haven't received any confirmation about payment, neither shipping. No one is answering my phone calls or e-mails... I don't know where my item is or where my money is!
How do I get in touch with the manager or anyone who takes responsibility for this?!
I'm really about to take it further, this is just unbelievable how they treat their customers.
