Lussa Gin

Lussa Gin is created from the landscape of the Isle of Jura using 15 botanicals grown and gathered by Alicia MacInnes, Georgina Kitching & Claire Fletcher

We wanted to create a gin that encapsulates the Isle of Jura, using botanicals that can be grown or gathered from the hills and lochs, the woods and coastline. There are 15 botanicals in all - juniper and coriander of course, then lemon thyme, rose petals, bog myrtle, watermint, ground elder, honeysuckle, Scots pine, lemon balm, orris, sea lettuce, lime flowers, rosehips and elder flower. All distilled with spring water from the Lussa glen.
