This is a before and after of treatment one. During your consultation we will give you advice and on your lipofirm journey we ask the following to make sure you get the best results.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours prior to your treatment
Moderate exercise is beneficial
... Avoid heavy food for 24-48 hours after treatment
A clean diet is recommended for at least five hours after treatment
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours post treatment
Avoid heat treatments like sunbeds steam and sauna for 24 hours
Drink at least two litres of water every day for the duration of the course
You may pass increased urine it may be stronger and darker in colour
The healthier your body the better the long term results
Things to avoid refined sugar- sweets chocolates cakes sweeteners refined carbohydrates - potatoes white bread white pasta rice Fizzy juice- sugary drinks
Things to enjoy still water - flavour with lemon limes cucumber fruit and vegetable s lean protein - fish white meat red meat Complex carbohydrates - brown bread brown rice pasta sweet potatoes
