I didn't have a choice as to who would act for me as my husband car insurance appointed them they have to be the worst firm I have ever dealt with from receiving someone else personal papers to my claim not been dealt with properly I can honestly say it was the worst experience ever and I wish to god I had used one of the firms you see advertised on tv safe to say I would not recommend them to anyone

This company is absolutely terrible, they have made me loose out on a lot of money even though I told them that the person would disappear once his property went up for auction, it took this company nearly 6 months to send a letter which came back to them , i have complained and will be taking it to the legal ombudsman if I don't get a good result. I have now told the company I no longer wish for them to act on my behalf i managed to do in 1 week what they took months to do. Would never have this company act on my behalf again. . they need to stop taking work in if they can't manage the work .
