Fab gym, great range of equipment & friendly, helpful staff!! Great place to train

I'm not sure how to keep this short and to the point - MXP Latkhall is a fabulous gym to be part of. Iv been going here for almost a year and it has changed my life. 😁 The staff & owners are so helpful and welcoming. It's the only gym Iv ever been to (& there have been many over the years) that I haven't felt intimidated and self conscious. The staff go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and completely at ease, which is invaluable to me - when I started I had zero fitness, was very over weight, incredibly self conscious and completely dreaded walking through that door on day 1. I needn't have had the fear it was just an incredibly friendly environment. There are many classes to pick from daily, and a superbly equipped gym, personal training options, Mauy Tai martial arts classes etc. As an added bonus I have been very fortunate to meet some lovely new friends which Iv never experienced from any other gym. There are also classes for children such as dance and martial arts. I definitely would recommend MXP to anyone looking to get a little or a lot fitter! It absolutely caters for all levels of fitness. MXP is quite simply the mutts nuts - I love it. Thanks to all the staff and trainers at MXP

Mxp is amazing gym staff are very friendly and helpful from the min u walk through the door there always a smile to greet you theres and someone is there to give u a hand and advice as are the the guys who train there if ur struggling there always happy to help , and plenty off classes to pick from and great instructors to ... keep up the good job 😃😃

Great gym with quality staff, excellent atmosphere. Great variety of classes. Newly opened combat zone sets this gym on a whole new level. Muay Thai classes are excellent.
