So last night we had a beef salad - very refreshing and perfect for this muggy weather. Made with #scotchbeef rib eye from @edinvalefarm and following another outstanding recipe from the @mountaincafeaviemore. Simply awesome. #meatwithintegrity

Well we had one awesomely good salad last night - a Seared Lamb, Halloumi, Orange, Roasted Carrot and Almond salad to be specific. It was delicious!! The recipe came from the fantastic Mountain Cafe Aviemore and of course we used #ScotchLamb from Fearn Farm. #meatwithintegrity

🎉 Delighted to have our 42 day dry aged Sirloin Steak shortlisted in the Great British Food #Awards in the fresh meat category. 🎉
🥩 These steaks now have to be tasted and judged by the awesome Nathan Outlaw - very exciting. We are in some pretty epic company as well so really chuffed. 🥩
