Staff were very helpful. Massage was one of the best I have experienced. Very relaxing atmosphere. I am gluten free and I found the choice of food served to me was excellent quality and very well presented. Will definitely be back for more spa days.

Had an amazing time.meal was lovely grease/ dirty dancing what more can I say but brilliant. hotel room was beautifully decorated and spotless well done. Breakfast love the choices well done. Will definitely be back staff were lovely and very helpful & friendly well done again 5/5 came as a guest and left as a friend 10/10 xx

My daughter treated me to a Rasul mud treatment as part of an itison spa day and it was fantastic! Beautiful, clean, lush spa that was not overbooked like some spas I’ve been to. Lovely pool and nice lunch in the restaurant, staff were friendly especially Michael at the spa who worked very hard accommodating spa guests. Great day out, we would do it again 😀

My boyfriend booked us an overnight b&b and spa treatment as a birthday treat! We were both delighted with our experience. The staff that welcomed us at reception were friendly and pleasantly chatty. The dinner was phenomenal and our waiters were attentive but not pushy or overbearing. Our room was stunning and we had a fantastic nights sleep! The spa treatments indeed relaxed and rejuvenated us and the spa facilities were excellent. I was very sad to leave and will be back as soon as possible!

Last minute weekend following our trip to Spain falling foul to the Beast from the East! Chris and his team went out of their way to make sure the 14 of us had a fantastic weekend arranging a dinner, bed and breakfast package to save us from venturing out into the snow! Food was delicious, the cocktails were second to none and the spa treatments fantastic. The staff couldn't have done more for us, thanks again to Euan and Sarah for the cocktail making!

The staff are amazing Page at the bar is the best she really goes out of her way for you Thank You Page , also Charlotte who did the same we had a small hick up with food but she fixed it and really went out it her way so so lovely to experience real customer service that seams to have gotten lost in most establishments Well done and keep up the good work xx

Had the luxurious spa day which was amazing. The hour facial and 30minute massage both with Kirsty was so relaxing and enjoyable. The afternoon tea was very tasty we thoroughly enjoyed our day. I can’t recommend Kirsty the therapist more she was excellent, all the staff we came across today were super friendly I will definitely be making a return visit again.

Five of us visited for a spa day yesterday and had a great day. Staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Afternoon tea was delicious and everyone enjoyed the spa treatments. Special mention for Jack the barman who looked after us well. We are already planing our next visit. Thank you.

Our first visit to the hotel and spa so we were unsure what to expect and we weren’t disappointed. We had a mud treatment at the spa which was excellent! I would recommend it to others who are looking for a different spa treatment to try! Food was great especially dinner in the Steakhouse, quality of produce and service was excellent. The staff were really attentive but not intrusive. Bar staff Amy & Paige were fab! Helped us pick out drinks from the bar selection and made conversation with guest. We were made to feel relaxed and comfortable and not rushed. All staff welcoming and friendly and the hotel has lots to offer.

One family night away. 2 kids 7 & 10. 2 adults. We had a lovely time. Spa facilities were fantastic. Facial & massage, with quiet time in the wonderful relaxation room. A real treat. Great pool, But evident that because it's part of the leisure club, well behaved children are tolerated. Plenty luxury loungers & 2 tiled warming beds too. Lush.

Staff through out the hotel are friendly & helpful. Complimentary fruit in our room also.

Room are a little tired looking in some areas. Few simple DIY issues could help sort this. Beds are comfy but the mattress toppers get so hot. Bathroom clean but used complimentary shower gel btl left in shower. Obviously did not have a supervisory check over room, after cleaners had been in. Restaurant food is good. Excellent/steaks get pricy. Staff friendly but feels they are short handed. Plates not cleared effectively, prior to next course arriving & numerous customers tables not cleared upon finishing their meals. So no offer of coffee/tea when finished your meal, as people wait so long for their final course plates to be removed, they just leave the restaurant & lift their drinks glasses & retire to a clear table in a more relaxed part of the restaurant/reception. Great choice of breakfast buffet items, along with a menu choice too. Really good. Sadly no clearance of used dishes from the tables throughout the whole breakfast. Table gets very clustered as used plates/dishes builds up.

All in: Friendly staff, restaurant service needs to improve, rooms need better maintenance, a double check upon completion & a bit more TLC. Spa brilliant.

We would stay here again, especially when there are special offers on.

My son booked me and my daughter in for a spa and a overnight stay for my birthday and mothers day the room was lovely bed was so comfy staff was really lovely and the spa was amazing loved the pool steam room and sauna and then we had a massage it was amazing and staff was so friendly we had the evening meal which i think is a bit over priced we ordered breakfast in our room but the night porter never collected our order so i took it down to the main reception the girl on the desk was so nice and sorted it for us but when it arrived there was no potatoe scones but apart from that we had a really great time thanks to the lovely staff

Had a really great stay here, just what we needed! Our room was ready even though we were a good hour early. Staff were really friendly and the spa was amazing. Definetely one of the nicest I've been to. Plenty of loungers, brilliant sauna and steam room and the pool is huge. Our room was really nice although right at the front so was a bit noisy in the morning when a bus load was outside. Food was lovely, especially dessert. Will definetely be returning

Well myself an my partner got back today from a 1 night stay which we were very excited about, we arrived got our room sorted an left to get seated for our dinner in the steak house, dinner was amazing!! Can’t fault it along with the service from the staff... we then had two alcoholic drinks each then went to our room for a relaxed night awaiting our booked spa treatment booked for the following morning. Unfortunately right across the hall there were a group of party goers who had woke us up, from there doors constantly closing to shouting on friends etc etc. I’m all for people having a great night an me included, but it’s not fun for others that are kept up till 6am in the morning! I’m sorry but after what I paid for what was meant to be a romantic night away with my partner which we very rarely have the chance to do I feel the price we paid for our room was a complete waste of money! just to be so tired in the morning I just wanted to go home! I called reception countless times to possibly ask to be moved rooms that failed as I got no answer! If I hadn’t had a drink at dinner I would have left the hotel an went home! I come here to have a nice relaxing break an a full nights sleep (with no kids) just to be kept awake all night! Complete waste of money! Spoke to reception who I think was a manager to my left was listening an then took an email room number etc... I haven’t heard anything back from the hotel regarding this... a simple sorry doesn’t justify me spending money on a room dinner and spa package for me to be kept awake to 6am! An not have the full enjoyment of my spa treatment!



Otherwise spa treatment and staff were great also breakfast! Just a shame regarding the night time carry on.

The hotel itself is nice, the staff were very helpful and the spa facilities were excellent. Downsides the bed was awful, mattress knackered and both of us kept rolling into a pit in the middle of the bed. Some attempt had been made to disguise this issue by putting a huge thick mattress topper on the bed, combined with an arctic level of continental quilt. The net result of this was to create a kind of sauna pit at the centre of the bed which we both kept rolling into, whereupon meltdown occurred. Awful nigh’s sleep, we had planned to go and do a full gym workout before breakfast but were too tired to do more than walk on the treadmill, so were annoyed we missed out.

Had a dinner, bed&breakfast pamper overnight stay with spa treatment and use of facilities. All was fine with the exception of the food, my main course (Mac & cheese) wasn’t hot when it arrived and after waiting for it again, I found it to be stodgy and tasteless, felt the food didn’t live up to my expectations, disappointing 😞 breakfast was ok, but stingy with the butter portions! I single portion for 2 people with 4-5 slices of toast?

A visit to Scotland to visit family living in Grangemouth. My husband, sister in law and myself booked into the Inchyra for 3 nights

The room was ok with comfy clean bed. Cooled breakfast was not good and service was slow and slap dashed. The buffet breakfast had very good choices and the better option.

Other family members who had also travelled for the family reunion also stayed in the hotel.

My biggest disappointment was when we asked on Saturday if they did Sunday lunch to which they replied they did and I asked if I could look at The menu? The voices were good with 2 roast option. As a thank you for being looked after by our Scottish family for 3 days we booked a table for 11 based on the menu showed to us.

My disappointment was when the one option of roast dinner we were told was off the menu asvthey had had a wedding the night before and due to problems they were offered the roast which was advertised for Sunday lunch hence not having any left as an option tobys leaving us with only 1 roast therefore no choice. We had our main course then when it came to dessert 3 out of the 5 desserts on the menus were not available.

I found this very disappointing when we decided to make our booking based on the menu we were shown and not informed that it could be changed at the last minute.

Shame as this incident spoilt our family Thank you lunch. Leaving me very disappointed to say the least.

Think the chef should be able to manage his kitchen better than that.

The afternoon tea that we were booked in for was so disappointing. It was incredibly basic and small . There was nothing fancy about it at all and did not reflect the price whatsoever . The sandwiches were tasty and the bread was fresh however it was plain bread and really basic fillings - tuna , cheese and pickle , egg . The scones were very small and quite hard and the cakes were miniature and far too same-y and Uber sweet. The place is beautiful but the food just doesn’t go with the surroundings.

The manager was lovely and efficient , however some of the staff didn’t know what they were doing . Slow serving , food arrived before drinks . We were booked in and the server didn’t even know where to sit us at first ?!

The table wasn’t even cleared after we had long finished and had our cocktails served !!

Unfortunately i wouldn’t recommend afternoon tea here at all . I can’t comment on the rest of the food as that may very well be delicious. Their cocktails were lovely and fresh and the champagne was top notch but afternoon tea ! It’s definitely a NO !

Had a booking today through groupon for rasul spa day.

Very disappointed in the booking in process it was very unproffesional.

Then the pool and sauna area wasnt very nice. Towels lying around and surrounding area quite grubby.

The lunch was the worst bit after waiting 30 min i eventually went and asked how long it took to heat up soup. The boy behind the bar went to find out and didnt even bother coming back to say how long it was going to be.

The rasul part was ok girl was polite and helpful.

On ending the day i was approached by a lady asking me if i could find someone from the spa to help a lady that was in a wheelchair out from the pool. She had been waiting for over 20 mins for someone to come and get her out the pool!!!!

Very disappointed in the booking in process it was very unproffesional.

Then the pool and sauna area wasnt very nice. Towels lying around and surrounding area quite grubby.

The lunch was the worst bit after waiting 30 min i eventually went and asked how long it took to heat up soup. The boy behind the bar went to find out and didnt even bother coming back to say how long it was going to be.

The rasul part was ok girl was polite and helpful.

On ending the day i was approached by a lady asking me if i could find someone from the spa to help a lady that was in a wheelchair out from the pool. She had been waiting for over 20 mins for someone to come and get her out the pool!!!!



Poor service inchyra . Having been to spas before you need to up your game.
