we are normally in an apartment but due to a bunder by management this year we are in a larger up and down stairs apartment. It has a log burning fire but the flue is outside so we aren't getting the benefit from the heat. The apartment is beautuful and has everything we need. Plenty places to visit, plenty lovely walks and plenty places to eat out.
Swimming, sauna and steam room within the main management site.
We have owned a Morlich Lodge for 22 years and have loved it every year. It could do with a paint in the living area and the conservatory furniture is needing replaced but the staff are wonderful and look after all our needs
We had a great family holiday, accommodation perfect and plenty to do in surrounding area. Pity the quiz master was so rude to us spoiled the night he needs to go!!
Very nice place to eat
My family and I were in a lodge ,, beautiful views and accommodation,,,, swimming pool lovely and warm ... there is no family/disabled room in leisure centre but a room in ladies changing room that we could use for my Autistic brother ... which the mothers and children didn't mind us using ... 10/10 for staff
Luv going to Dalfaber every year! Lovely accommodation, beautiful scenery & friendly helpful staff! Food is also very good!Swimming, sauna, steam room & golf 🏌 & skiing on your doorstep!Everything to make a holiday great!
It's fab helps that the weather has been good got a really good expresso martini
I recently had a week up hear and it was great I stayed in the wooden cabins next to the 9 hole golf course the views where great and so was the weather. I highly recommend this place as it has a good gym and a warm swimming pool which was great for my wee girl to enjoy and the staff are really friendly and welcoming!
I have been here for the last 23 years from a child to bringing my own 2 children. The hospitality is 2nd to none, food is always filling and it's peaceful as ever!!!
Great place for you to relax cabins are fantastic and very comfortable would definitely go back. Staff were great restaurant was lovely great service couldn't ask for any more from all the staff .
Excellent
Best Scottish beef steak ever and not only. Clean and very pleasant staff, welcome and friendly.
5th time here, various chalets and each one good. Always clean and well equipped. Facilities at hotel very good. So many walks for dogs which we love as do the dogs. 18 hole golf course superb. 9 hole at resort looks good. Will be back next year
We stayed in a 3 bed lodge last week. Lodge was lovely, it has obviously been one that has been refurbished. Pool was good, grounds were lovely - very picturesque in all the snow. Staff on reception and in the bar nice and pleasant. Only thing that didn't make sense is that although the lodges are dog friendly, you can't take your dog into the bar area (I understand not the restaurant). You are not meant to leave the dog alone in the lodge either. No wonder the bar was empty, think they are missing a trick here. Would go back.
Really enjoyed our week at Dalfaber. There is no denying the Chalet we had is in need of refurb / modernisation but t certainly didn't spoil our stay.
We were very impressed with the Osprey Restaurant, which served a great selection of delicious food.
Hope to be back soon!!
I am currently here just now, I visit every year as we have a time share. Everything has been fine so far, apart from the movies on the TV that is provided. I enjoy relaxing nights in here, watching the movies added to the TV, but unfortunately I cannot access the movie section that I pay for. I have contacted reception to inform them about this problem, and have been told that they are currently changing provider and have been for last two weeks, so this included feature cannot be used, which I’m really disappointed with and was not told on arrival. No alternative to this issue was provided, so I am left to flick through 11 basic free view channels
Nice stay but the only thing is when you go to eat at night we got told that we had to wait as the chef was cooking for 2 tables and then looked at the prices they are ridiculously high, then asked to eat in the bar and told we weren't allowed. Went in to town to eat and drink disappointed in this.
I booked in November as a local as my brother and His 2 teenagers were coming over for Christmas from nz . Food was order nothing was overly warm and felt it had sat under a heat lamp for hours as both myself and brother had the beef which was dried up and covered in sloppy red wine sauce . Deserts were cold and dried up in the middle and started read smoked salmon not tinned salmon . Was looking at taking my staff there in January for a late Christmas night out but after last night will not be going there totally disappointed after all the local rave on new manager new menu . Final insult we were over charged and no apologies given for this
Extremely concerned at the proposed change to the constitution: We have been owners at Dalfaber for 30 years, and our Holiday Certificate states that we have ownership of a specific unit on a specific period each year, (for which we paid in excess of £4500). The proposals are in conflict with that and we must therefore vote NO!
