A timetable of inspiring classes to help you loose weight, tone up and enjoy! No joining fee and pay as you go facility so you don't have to financially commit yourself to any classes! Classes start from £4 for an hour, £6 foir 2, £3 for half hour classes. I also offer personal training in the form of Metafit in your own home and charge accordingly to where you are.
