The colour is "ok", the haircut took approximately 2 seconds cutting an inch of the bottom, the blow dry was awful. The girl that did my hair was quite rude and the service was non existent.

I booked a haircut after reading those brilliant reviews, however my experience could have been better. Some senior stylists should probably get some more experience before they are called senior. Had to have my haircut rescued by a more senior member of staff (though still not exactly what I wanted). All in all 3 stars...

Brilliantly creative and hardworking team. Never disappointing!! Beauty bar for nails, massage, facials, waxing etc. too. Dermalogica supplier too!

super fun. i've had my hair done here a few times and the girls did exactly what i wanted and were all full of chat. i was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and i ended up getting talking into letting them backcomb my hair - never looked back. will be booking my xmas party bouffant appt imminently.
