I bought a trolly jack last year, went to use it for the first time last month and found that it didn't work, I returned it to be told they can send it away for £26 to be repaired then to be told it was broke beyond repair and their was nothing they could do...

Staff treated me as you would expect them to treat a woman in a tool shop in the 1700's

Place is a Joke! Total rip off and with staff attitude to you what's the point.

Stay Clear.

Helpful and knowledgable staff who are straight to the point whith no salesman nonsence, they know their stuff. Great products at decent prices.
Dont know why the bad reviews. Ive been coming here for years and never had a problem. If anything has been faulty, its either been replaced straight away or repaired asap.

Don't like to leave reviews. Very poor costumer service, bought car polisher and tried to return it same day, as the tool was not something we expected. The stuff was very unhelpful and all they said is: you bought it and now it is yours. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. AVOID!!!

About as useful as a chocolate tea pot this bunch. Staff look like they came straight from the stone age.
The computers look like something Jimmy Savile owned!!!!
