Great staff, fitted me in twice even though they were busy! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Really disappointing experience on my wedding, honestly they don't even deserve the one star but I can't post without it ^^;;; Asked for a simple partial pinup and curls and ended up looking like I had a leftover hairstyle from the day before! Sent an email to salon and tried to contact on several occasions to give the opportunity to do a service recovery and didn't even have the courtesy to reply. My friend was able to do my hair the next day even better than what I had asked for and she has no salon experience whatsoever but used an actual hair curler, whereas the staff sent from the salon had tried to curl with a hair straightener, obviously this wouldn't work on long hair as any professional would know but clearly these guys didn't.

Staff very friendly but a quite pricey! I had full head highlights but they never told me that i have to pay extra for washing 23 GBP on top of the full price. Plus i haven't seen much difference from what i had before even though i said i wanted a change. Total was 100 GBP - a rip off! Will not come back

I went in October for a break away. Thought I'd treat myself to a facial and bouncy blow dry. The girl who did my facial was lovely. However, my hair I was disappointed with. I asked for a volumous blow dry and bouncy. "Hollywood bouncy blow dry" My hair naturally has a curl to it so it does that type of blow dry easy. The girl never spoke through out the service and then said my hair wouldn't dry like I wanted it dried, she dried it straight then curled it with straighteners. It felt like a rushed job! Being a hairdresser I know my hair very well and I know that it dries with body and bounce! Where I work the girls are very capable of doing a "Hollywood bouncy blow dry" on any type hair. I was very disappointed and had to go back to my hotel and do it myself! Would not recommend anyone to go there for blow dries.
