Mackenzie Event Management (MEM) Limited is a privately owned SME, registered in Scotland, supplying a range of specialist business functions within the film production, project management, PR, media and corporate communications market segments. The purpose of the company is that of commercialising the experience gained by the principals in enterprise, R& D, programme and event management within Europe, the US and the Middle East. Currently MEM's focus of effort is upon the provision of Executive Producer (EP) services to a number film production houses located in the UK. These services include: liaison, coordination and enabling support from the in-country authorities; advising on locations, content and detail; assisting in script writing, research and revisions; design and coordination of PR and communications campaigns; raising production finance and managing any such investor base, and; developing and managing the sales and distribution strategy.
