Really good customer service! Steve couldn’t have been more helpful. Spent time when I collected the car to go over how everything worked. Would definitely buy a car with him again.

Not the best place go deliver collect cars. You don't expect BMW levels of customer service but In my personal experience and opinion the organisation leaves a bit to be desired. You WILL be waiting

Very helpful Service Staff on my first experience of an annual Ford Fiesta
service. Although earlier this year when done, I booked in personally at the garage, rather than the call centre or on line system which I personally do not like using in this case.
Will be repeating this procedure in December
All checks and work are well detailed on a full service checklist which is
nice to see and verify even for a small mileage vehicle like mine.

Fantastic experience at Macklin Motors Hamilton - all staff were friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a car and recommended appropriate cars. The cars I was interested in and did a test drive in all looked in great shape and I am very happy with the car I ended up purchasing that weekend.

The motability specialist Craig was very unhelpful, I was with my boyfriend and his dad looking for a car. When we first entered he answered two questions and then walked away whilst shaking his head at two memebers of staff, as if to say he couldn't be bothered. This was whilst I was standing from afar as the car wasn't for me. He wasn't interested in answering details of the spec of the car and if there was a cost for extras.

Kept repeating the same things as if we weren't cable of understanding and down right stupid, which made the experience even more horrible.

Completely ruined the experience and lost a sale because of his attitude. Gives Mazda a bad name.

After finding a Peugeot 308 online, I was surprised to discover it was in Scotland (I live in Northampton). I decided to ring up and find out more. I spoke with the sales manager Robert and he quickly recognised my interest and proceeded to send me photos via email. These confirmed the car looked as good as it sounded. We discussed part exchange and a warranty. Everything was agreed over the phone and I had confidence that they were meeting my expectations so I went for it (literally!). I drove 5hrs to get there was greeted with friendliness and familiarity by Gordon Henderson, who took me expertly and easily through all the paperwork. Loan and warranty agreed and completed in minutes, car filled with petrol, taxed and I was off home. Follow up calls and emails followed. to make sure I was entirely satisfied. I WAS, I AM!! Only regret? I don't live closer to be able to recommend more people to them. Best regards, Ian.
