Just got my new Tucson from here, The level of service is second to none, The car we ordered was at sea at the time of ordering it, And expected to get it 20-30 days later, Our old car broke down during the wait for it to arrive in the UK, So in a matter of urgency to get back mobile the dealership bent over backwards to help get us the car quickly as possible. And did it in 10 days of day of ordering. Amazing! Sorted out plates and paperwork was stress free and options and everything was thoroughly explained, The tour of the car on day of pick up, they went over everything with us and ensured us of all the cars features before we set off. The staff and sales person we dealt with were super friendly and very welcoming, and made the very potentially stressful process of ordering and purchasing the car a very pleasant experience. With the addition of prioritizing my order i am very impressed with the level of customer care and service we got from this dealership. I cannot recommend them enough 5 stars from me.

In addition to the sales review, The Tucson we got is superb. very nice family car. Has great safety features and lots of gadgets to use and make life easier on those long drives. With only being the SE Trim level it still has great features and accessories which most would find ample and simple to use even if not so tech savy. Such as hands free calling and voice activated dialing and assistant. lane keep assist, and parking assist sensors make driving this large car a breeze. even auto engine stop start system, Most of these features are only available on higher trim levels with other car models, its refreshing to see such items on a lower trim level as standard. especially for the cost efficient buyer. We are extremely happy with the car.

I have recently purchased a Hyundai Tuscon from this showroom and found the level of customer service excellent. Every step pf the purchase was explained in great detail and I was never put under any pressure to complete the deal in fact when I explained to the showroom that my funds would be late they treated me with great respect and never put me under any pressure.
When it was arranged for me to collect my car everything was completed in a very professional manner
As this was my first Hyundai car I was given an in depth and in car explanation of all the in car accessories.

Shocking!!! Thieving and dishonest!
My wife bought a car from this dealership and was offered their service plan. She decided to pay this in full upfront as she did not want the commitment of a direct debit.
Due to the arrival of our first child and the demand for a larger, car we sold the car we purchased from here to a car buying site.
Despite being told we could cancel the service plan at any time and receive a refund for any unused services, when we called to arrange the refund we were told this was not the case and that the service plan should have been sold with the car. The car buying site was not interested in such a plan as it did not add any value for them. If it had been on direct debit she could just have cancelled the direct debit and they would not have received any more money.
Having made numerous calls to try and resolve the situation our calls have not been returned.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Bunch of dishonest thieves!

Very helpful sales staff who took the time to talk through all the different finance options to see what would work best for us. No pushy sales tactics and very happy with the standard of sales.
Delighted with our new i40 estate and received a follow up phone call a week after collection to check everything was ok. This is the 2nd car we have bought from Macklin Motors Hyundai Edinburgh East and we will definitely be back in the future and would happily recommend to others.
