Our team were doing a spot of gardening yesterday - an excuse to be out in the sun..!!
This is something we get asked to do from time to time, either as part of a wider refurbishment project or in this case getting a property ready for new tenants.

Our first refurb in Kilsyth on behalf of our friends at Dyer and Co Property. Our team are onsite beginning the strip out. Excited to see this one progress.

And we made it..... just.....!! Glad I packed a shovel... had to dig myself out a few times... one delighted tenant back in his own home!!

On call 24/7 we are going to try and help a tenant who has lost their keys. Will we make it through the snow? Leaving the van @ home.

A great example of how we provide a solution for our clients. The owner of this flat had just had it fully refurbished. Literally as the painter cleaned out his brushes the neighbour complained of water leaking through the ceiling. Our client phoned the contractor to ask for his help, but he washed his hands of the problem. We came in, stripped out the newly fitted bathroom, found the leak, redone most of the pipework to provide better flow and refitted the bathroom. We will now provide all certification required for the Landlord to let out the property. We are often asked what’s the best way to tidy up the garden of a rented property - without spending a fortune. Here is one of our favourites. Decorative gravel, looks great and if you use a weed control fabric underneath the gravel it should be low maintenance for many years!! And if the tenant wants to add some colour with plants then there is still the option of using planters!!
