Absolutely terrible service my car was picked up for a mot at 10:30 I was told that my car would b bck by the afternoon and It hasn't b n returned I got a voice message at 5:55 saying to call them bck and if I couldn't call back in ten minutes they would need to call me tomorrow about my car absolutely disgraceful service this car is a motobility car for a child

Do not recommend. Terrible after-sales service by the van department. Rude and unhelpful staff. M Sport vans are not endorsed by Ford. Paint flakes and stickers fall off.

Worst dealership we have ever dealt with

I know of at least two companies AGF Plant & GR Construction, who have had very similar front door problems with their new Ford Vans. It appears their is a fault between the door restraint mechanisms and the hinges. The consequence is the door binds on the wing and causes damage to both. I understand AGF eventually got the repair done but only after the intervention of Ford and at another dealer, at great inconvenience to AGF which cost time & money. GR Construction raised their problem with the dealer back in early March and at the time of writing (mid April 2016) no proposed solution has been received. I understand Ford UK have some 3000 Vans with these ongoing problems. Apparently the "driver side front wings are on backorder" and to quote an insider are "not available for love nor money". Whether this is an excuse by the dealer network or legitimate you can decide for yourself. Needless to say Ford's customer service network & their flagship vans, have not covered themselves with glory. Come on Ford, Sort it out.
