A really fast service in collecting an auction lot from Perth, and sending it to me in the Cotswolds, perfectly wrapped, and in less than a day. Grant made it all so straightforward.

Grant and Matthew are always excellent! Their customer service, choice of options and follow through are exceptional.

Grant and his franchise partner were both friendly, helpful and gave me the best, most economical option for my shipment. Amazingly, I brought in a box-load of clothing and other items I wished to return to USA (California) on the Thursday before I department Scotland myself on Friday, and I received this box by FedEx on the following Monday! Grant packed the most suitable box for me, weighed it and it could have fit more items but I had traveled from my hotel and decided not to retrieve anymore stuff. I was initially told to expect about two weeks for this slower, less expensive version of shipment, NEVER IMAGINING it would arrive in four short days, over a weekend!!
