Great store, excellent service, helpful and friendly staff.

I posted a package after the recommended last Christmas posting dates and I was surprised and pleased when it arrived at its destination on Christmas Eve. Mail Boxes is a better alternative to Post Office Counters as you are not subjected to an intrusive inquisition regarding the contents of the items you want to send. The staff at Mail Boxes treat you like an adult, show trust and accept your word when you state that you have followed procedures and not packed anything classed as prohibited.

I visited this branch yesterday, and my advice would be to avoid if you are sending goods to your loved ones in Afganistan. I wanted to send a letter to the US Aviation, and was told they could not send it, I would have to send it to an American and they would then send it forward (this had to be someone sending knew, I dont no anyone in America. My son is scottish working there) his reply, that is the only way. I theme came home phoned head office, that assured me that they do indeed receive mail from all nationalities. I phoned the shop to explain what head office had said, not interested still stood by what they said. However today I visited their branch in Rose St and was served by Edwin who had no problem whatsoever sending my parcel, he even offered me the various option and found the cheapest for me. I have received my email confirming that my son will receive this (no americans involved) my advice is go to Rose St. Maria

Mail Boxes Etc on the bridges is great. Staff are really helpful, funny, welcoming and very accomodating with all my daft requests! They are happy to help with all my editing needs - for those of us who arent very technically minded. The quality of their printwork is great, Ive always been delighted with the results. They always produce items so fast, much better than ordering things online and not knowing what you will get...And their prices are really competative. Cant recommend them enough!! :)

I can not publish all what I would like to (very bad; bad packing, bad attitudes, courier rates 3 times what any can book the same thing for online). Instead, I will simply say that David with a Van (David Burgess) does a better and cheaper job of collecting and packing. Then, if you use someone like parcel2go to book the collection and delivery (UPS, ParcelForce, etc.), they are around a third of the cost of MBE. Doing this way is faster, better and much cheaper; I saved over £100 (it cost me £67 doing it my suggested way, over a quote of £171 from MBE).
