Launched in September 2016 during the height of London Design Week, Mairi Helena is an Edinburgh-based luxury fabric and wallpaper brand, producing vibrant textile design inspired by a love for the colourful and textural landscapes of Scotland.

Mairi Helena is a designer and photographer based in Edinburgh. Her designs are created through taking elements of her photographic portfolio of Scotland, to produce abstract surface pattern prints with a luxury fine art feel. Influences are taken from the rustic Scottish landscapes, iconic wildlife and colourful flora.
Alongside her printed textile creations, Mairi's interest in the interior and textile design world has allowed her to have developed a particular niche for commercial photography for enterprises within the fashion, design and crafts sector. Mairi photographs textile businesses, artists and makers across the country who wish to showcase their craft through an artistic photographic lens.
