Malaysian Kitchen is food from my heart which I grew up with. Authentic Malaysian street grub using fresh ingredients influenced by Indian, Chinese & Malay

Eating Malaysian food should be a prerequisite for anyone proclaiming to be a gastronome. Malaysian food flavours are strengthened, not only by fierce spices and fragrants, but by a group of people that are intensely passionate about their cuisine.

I am lucky to be a Malaysian as we come from a multiracial country, we have exposure to all sorts of cuisine mainly Chinese, Indian, Malay. . you name it, we have it. Some of these ethnic cooking styles might be more bland or less spicy than others, but I have to say that all are equally interesting in their own way.
