Hi I am Mandeep,

Welcome to Fife's first Indian cookery classes.
Serving Authentic Indian food, made with wholesome ingredients & fragrant spices.

For as long I can remember I have loved to cook and eat! I love to cook a variety of different food but my favourite food is Indian, which I belive to be one of the world’s great cuisines. This is unsurprising as I originate from Delhi, India and learnt to cook at an early age from my mum. I cook curries from scratch the same way they have been cooked in my family from generations.

I want people of Fife to enjoy the Authentic, tasty and fresh Indian Food. Not happy with the Indian Food available in shops, take-aways and restaurants as, it is far away what original Indian Food taste back home. There is so much more in Indian food then Chicken tikka masala, Chicken korma or Chicken bhuna.

I will be teaching variety of Indian Food from my house in Kirkcaldy, FIFE
