At Mann Judd Gordon we work much more closely with our clients than traditional accountants. We want to get to know our clients businesses inside out, enabling us to easily identify problems and spot opportunities.

The aim is to give a very high level of service to all of our clients, irrespective of size. This will ensure that clients get our full attention and we are able to answer their questions quickly and comprehensively.

We believe that there is a knowledge gap in many small and medium sized enterprises. They cannot afford full-time financial expertise but would really benefit and value someone answering their day-to-day problems. We can fill this gap by becoming a virtual Financial Director.

We regularly visit Skye, the Uists and Benbecula, and also have a number of clients on the mainland.

The firm has 'Investors in People' status, and also invests in the most up to date technology to make the work involved as interesting as possible for our team, and to provide modern methods of dealing with compliance issues. We file approximately one thousand tax returns electronically every year.

Although not ourselves able to give independent financial advice, we can arrange for this to be made available for clients on request.

We are local agents for the Scottish Building Society, which is an old established conventional building society with branches and agencies throughout Scotland.
