Terrible service tasteless food received the wrong order. Took over and hour to get a simple three items and all the items where wrong

Wanted a cheese burger ...... Received a battered burger
Wanted a kebab and salad with pitta seperate
Received kebab no salad and pitta soaking in sauce
Wanted single sausages and got a supper so effectively I was charged more than I was actually meant to spend on items I didn't want in the end I phoned to get it sorted and they say to me .... You should know what you get from here like I'm some sort of mind reader .... I was recommended this place and I honestly think no one should buy food from hear cause it awful tasteless and dry

Ordered a SINGLE sausage ... A SINGLE ( CHEESE burger ) and a KEBAB EITH SALAD AND CHILLI SAUCE ...... DELIVERED

I received sausage and chips I didn't want
A battered burger I didn't want
A kebab with 4 slices of tomato
Phoned them so they would fix it and they dilivered a cheese burger covered in coleslaw which I didn't ask for !! ALL TOOK OVER A HOUR AND A HALF TO GET THE ORDER IN THE END ....... And wasn't at all what I wanted ........
Never again will I order from there and if you ask for my advise I would advise you avoid it and just go out some where nice instead of paying through the teeth for effectively a random selection or tasteless food

Just had, the best fish supper I have had in a long time! I have to say, I was a wee bit apprehensive as it was very reasonably priced although I guess I’m used to the greedy Aberdeen chip shop prices! The haddock was lovely, juicy fish on the inside & crisp golden batter on the outside! I had about a ten minute walk back but it was still hot and didn’t go soggy. Brilliant, lovely modern shop and a great team! Huge queue when I arrived, I guess they were waiting for chips but once they were ready! Wow, it was a military operation & the queue just disappeared!
Just reading some of the poor reviews and in my opinion , could be disgruntled competitors !

Went here last week after driving up for the Dundee v Celtic game. £3.90 for a haggis supper. 2 nice big bits of haggis and the chips were spot on. It was busy since the football was on but the staff did well. Definitely go back again 👍

SHOCKING.....just bought two regular "Fish Suppers" no fish just BATTER. Awful. Dont go here waste of money. STAFF RUDE

absolutely ridiculous, hygiene is terrible, some of the youngsters that work here are obviously under 16 years old. Waited 2 hours for a delivery! Left a review on Just-Eat after they asked me if my order was on time- I of course said NO. Received 7 abusive text messages from the business owner (including picture messages) at 1am! Just for leaving a crappy review that said 'ordered at 4.30, didn't deliver till 6.30'
This business have breached data security and Just-Eat are in the process of handling my complaint and removing the business from use within Just eat services and they also advised me to go to the police about the owner using my personal information for his own use outside of business hours. :) will never be going here again and urging all of you not to. Thanks.

The worst chip shop in dundee the female servers were so rude ,my money was snatched out of my hand and my change thrown at me, not interested in what I was wanting to order. The red pudding was disgusting and the pizza was brick hard had to throw both away please please dont waste your money going there its really awful

Went in ordered red pudding supper guy said white pudding.. no red pudding supper got home it was a white pudding supper..should have gone to frankies
