Market Court has 9 two person flats, 1 two person wheelchair user and 25 one person flats over 2 floors serviced by a lift.

There are extensive gardens to the front, side and rear of the property.
Parking is available for residents, family and visitors but not allocated.

General information
Market Court has a Part Time manager who you can call on for help from 9-13. 00 and 13. 45-17. 00 on a Tuesday and Thursday and from 13. 30-16. 00 on a Friday. Coupled with a 24-hour personal emergency alarm service, this means that support is available at any time - day or night.

You will get a self-contained unfurnished flat with a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom with bath and /or shower. There's a communal lounge for social activities, and family and friends can stay in our guest bedroom. We are regularly inspected by the Care Inspectorate so you can expect the highest standard of quality and support.
The manager is responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of the building. They also offer advice and guidance on the facilities within the development and on services within the wider community. They are there to help you get any support and services you may need so that you can continue to live independently
