I visited M&S at the Gyle, Edinburgh today for a bra fitting and I have to let you know how delighted I was with the service I received from the young Polish lady, Anna. She was so efficient and friendly and made me feel perfectly comfortable during the fitting. She brought a good range of bras for me to try on and I left, having bought 4 bras, one pair of pants to match one of the bras and a foundation slip. Great service and I do hope that she is told just how good she is at her job. She's a great representative for your store. Muriel Gray

Lots of bargains today. Usual helpful and friendly staff in store for clothing and food.
The cafe as per usual really does need more staff with more training. I suspect the problem is mainly not enough space and resources for the size of store.

The food hall section is really well laid out and pretty large so there is a huge variety of all the foods you are looking for. Staff are always happy to go look for something you need and are very pleasant.

Love the food store in the Gyle .... one star dropped as i have to be dragged through to clothing department by the misses
more sampling of food takes the pain away though

Excellent store, a little muddled internally. Cafe and Food Hall were late additions and are to rear of Store, ... a little difficult to find.

Huge M&S all on one floor. The Food Hall shelves were a tad sparse when I visited, but it's one of the largest M&S Food Halls I have been too which was nice!
