This event is the Marshes Mashup & is held twice a year. The event is a test of speed, endurance, mental toughness & physical stamina. The event is an individual best effort with an overall final time given to you on completion. There will be awards for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd positions. Aim: The aim of the event is to improve aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and mental robustness.
