Because I live in Australia much of the time it is reassuring to have a dependable agent to manage the rental of my cottage. They are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

I have been with Martin & Co, Ayr for about 4 years. The staff are pleasant to deal with, and I am very happy with the service they have given me and my tenants. They manage the property, and always inform me promptly of any repairs which need to be done. They are able to get tradesmen out quickly to solve any problems the tenants have. They have always found good tenants. Would recommend.

Being new into the rental house market I decided to appoint Martin & Co to find a tenant and manage the flat for me. So far I am delighted with the work they have done on my behalf which enables me to free up my time .

As a landlady the young ladies who run the Ayr branch of Martin and Co are very helpful. With their knowledge and expertise of finding nice tenants. If there are problems with maintenance they have a network of trusted tradesmen/ women to call upon.

I am a local business owner and supplier of services to Martin & Co in Ayr. Kas and his team are great to do business with and I always find their office a positive place to visit. In any business relationship issues will arise, these are dealt with in a mature and professional manner.

Had the worst experience ever with martin & co nothing got done was left with dampness in bedroom complained about it & nothing was ever done about it so glad i got out of the flat i was renting from them between them & the landlord i dont know which one was worse to get anything done! They didnt care at all. So if i could i wouldnt even give them 1*!

My friend and I (students and foreigners) rented flat with them last year for 9 months. The house was dirty when we enter and a lot of things were broken. Also there wasn't a washing machine even though we sing up for a fully furnish house, don't even dream about a microwave. When we asked to have them repair the broken stuff they took ages and wouldn't get back at us unless we would insist, always answering with an unpleasant tone. Finally, they did send some people that only fixed some of the minor stuff. My friend had to stay at a room with a broken window that they never fixed, using excuses like the land lord didn't approve it. Apart from unhelpful they were rude many times and they took and incredible amount of money from our deposit. (160 pounds for washing 2 sheets and cleaning 2 rooms, that honestly, didn't need much cleaning) I would advice everyone to stay away from this agency, they were rude, lazy and unhelpful.
