My property in Pollokshields has been full managed by Martin & Co in Shawlands for approximately 2 years. I have been living abroad and the team in Shawlands has really taken all of the stress out of trying to let out a property from abroad. They are professional, always quick to respond to emails and keep me up-to-date with any problems or things I need to know about. I would certainly recommend them.

Staff were all extremely unfriendly except for one guy who I checked out with.

They NEVER! reply to your emails despite our flat being laden with dirt and mould. They literally just sit around and do nothing all day!!!!!

If you should ever come across a member of their staff in public, turn around and run AWAY!!!!!

By far one of the worst letting agents I have ever had, seen or heard of. They frequently would let emails go unanswered for weeks - the issues of which included a disgusting mould problem that they have still yet to deal with and leaving a gapping hole in one of my flatmates walls for two plus months. As well as this their staff have left faeces in our toilet, and have trampled all over our beds. Horrible service and the most incompetent group of individuals to ever share an office
