This is the third office operated by franchise owners, Iain and Nora Sinclair and was once the sister office of Martin & Co Cupar (opened in 2001) and Martin & Co Dunfermline (opened in 2003). Both offices have been sold to it's staff members on 2011 and 2010, respectively. The Kirkcaldy office is located on a main very busy street, easily accessible by car or public transport , and with plenty FREE car parking space at the back of the office. The award was presented at the company’s annual awards ceremony held in Northamptonshire last Saturday, 17th November 2012.

The award, presented by Martin & Co Managing Director, Ian Wilson, celebrates the passion for results and customer service demonstrated by Martin & Co franchise owners Iain & Nora Sinclair and their team who have been successful in not only generating new business but also keeping it!

Commenting on the award, Ian Wilson said that Iain and Nora had not only achieved superb results in retaining the highest number of landlords on a fully managed portfolio within the network but had “instantly embraced everything that Martin & Co stands for – integrity, professionalism and straight-talking, good advice. Landlords and tenants alike clearly know where they stand and I have been really impressed with the positive feedback I have received. ”

Accepting the award, Nora said, “This award is a real honour and a tribute to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our staff. It also follows close on the heels of Martin & Co winning the “Best Large Letting Chain” category at the ESTAS this year (having won it previously in 2010, 2011 and 2012). “Such success can only help our business further and give much needed confidence to our clients in this largely unregulated industry in which the right choice of letting agency is of paramount importance, ” Iain added.

We were Shortlisted "Scotland's Best 10 Letting Agent" for the ESTAS 2010 voted for by our landlords, Nora was nominated the "Property Woman of the Year Award 2010" at the National Landlord Association (NLA) annual award ceremony held in London.
