The Kirkcaldy Office was opened in 2004 and is located on the main busy street, easily accessible by car or public transport , and with plenty free car parking space at the back of the office. We are a highly motivated and competent team with excellent local knowledge, invaluable to our customers. We have been in the property market for 10 years. Combined we have over 20 years customer service experience and 10 years in sales so we can provide the highest level letting service to our clients. Our area covers the West Fife from Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, West & East Wemyss , Thornton, Lochgelly, Cardenden, Kinghorn and Burntisland.

Our lettings success has produced many awards in our industry, we were shortlisted "Scotland's Best 10" for the ESTAS 2010 in London voted for by our customers and the NLA (National Landlords Association) "Property Woman of the Year Award 2010" in London.

Out of 170 + offices nationwide, the office has also been awarded at the company’s Annual Dinner meeting the following awards; Runner up - “Best Established Business” 2006, Runner Up - Best Mature Franchise” 2007, Runner Up “Franchisee of the Year” 2007. We are members of Scottish Association for Landlords, National Landlord Association, Fife Chamber of Commerce and are on the Fife Council Landlord Registration database. We also work closely with institutions in the area, building trust and positive word of mouth to ensure a steady flow of new properties and tenants .
