Very Good service received from manager Allan and all his staff, first time letting through Martin and Co, property was rented quickly. Its over three months now, no issues with them. Definitely recommend.

Do not use them to let out your property. I had tenants placed in my house for two years who managed to wreck the place and destroy garden, furniture, carpets etc. Also had an attitude towards my long-term neighbours. All this from a local businessman who was supposed to be there with only his 2 kids had moved his girlfriend and family in without informing Martin & Co making a grand total of two adults, 4 children with another on the way and a dog who all werent supposed to be there according to lease on a 3 bed property. When asked afterwards if I could see the landlord references taken at time of letting I was told there were none. Pretty shabby pre checks and then Martin & Co went on to house same family into another poor persons property despite the trouble. Two stars given only as they managed to sell my property efficiently as requested.

The service received from Martin and Co is absolutely shocking. Blatant lies are told. Customer satisfaction is simply not there. Rental house has had maintenance issues for months on end, biggest problem being the smell of cat urine in the house that cannot be eliminated with cleaning detergents such as simple solutions, Only option is to have 3 or 4 plug in smell diffuses to stop the stench. A serious health concern with 2 children and a pregnant wife. Will not ever use this company again and would advise other "clients" to be very cautious of the way the operation is managed. Absolutely shocked at their responses.

I have used Martin and Co for 6 years to administer a HMO property. On the whole they have been very good, but there has been one or two hiccups. Most problems have been caused by staff turnover. At present things are going great. They have just sorted out the new registration for the property and have been a great help. It is nice when you build a relationship with the staff as I do live quite a distance away. I do recommend them.

Since moving, Martin and Co. have dealt with the management of my property professionally and efficiently at all times. There have been a few times that problematic matters have arisen in my property and they have dealt with them competently. I cannot recommend them enough. It's been a relief to let my property through them.

When I first dealt with Martin & Co they were a breath of fresh air compared to the other letting agents in the area. They were professional in the advertising of the property, and did a good job of setting up a tenancy agreement. There things seems to come to a halt. It was a couple of months before tenants moved in, and in that time it seemed they lost interest in providing a service. There were things that I had to deal with with the tenant that should have been agreed up front. They were casual to the point of negligent in getting meter readings and arranging the handover to the tenant. When I complained I was met by a barrage of excuses and self justifications, rather than dealing with the issues. So overall, good in parts, but they could brush up a lot on attention to detail.

apparently a non working laundry machine full of used dirty water covering all of its insides, with fungus on it is not something that need to be dealt with straight away, also the laundry machine was never working, been on my flat without a boiler for half a month, which means no heating or hot water. fixing stuff with them is like trying to get paperwork on a corrupt public sector, once they sell you the property, the customer service is the least they care about

Having had a horrible experience with property bueru in Stirling these guys are a breath of fresh air and have been amazing with my partner. The staff are second to none.
