Hi I’m Eric and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and IFBB Fitness and Bodybuilding instructor
As a former Natural Bodybuilder my biggest passion is building and sculpting stronger and better looking bodies. Yet, you don’t have to aspire to be a bodybuilder to train with me as I have many years of experience in all aspects of Fitness. From weight loss to fitness training for that specific goal - I will have a tailored workout programme which I can base on my long experience as a Martial Arts competitor /instructor and Fatburn Extreme (FBX) instructor.
In my opinion a good set of exercises is only a first step towards your big success. As a Personal Trainer I teach my clients a right technique to perform them – in order to make their workout not only safe but to bring them best results in what precious time they have. And let’s not forget about the importance of a good nutritional advice. I offer my dietary guidance to all of my clients which helps them to get and sustain the results
And please feel warned – in trying to maximise my clients’ achievements I am their best mate – the one who listens to their needs, gives advice, praises even the smallest success but also does not refrain from a constructive critic. A friend who makes them give their 100% , who motivates and continuously pushes out of their comfort zone so that they reach their goals efficiently and fast.
