This page has been set up by Mauricewood Primary School parent council and PTA as a way of group updating parents and the wider community of events happening at our school.

The Christmas Fayre is fast approaching (Sat 7th December 10am-12noon)! Here are a few reminders for you all...
- Hamper donations can be handed into school now. These can be given to class teachers, and are as follows:
P1 sweets... P2 Italian theme P3 Scottish theme P4 Children's choice - treats for kiddies at Christmas P5 Christmas theme P6 Flavours from around the world P7 Bath time bliss
- Dress down day on the 6th December in exchange for Tombola/bottle Tombola donations.
- Remember to return your raffle tickets (sold or unsold) to the school by Tuesday the 3rd December.
- We would welcome any home-baking donations for our cafe! Please remember we strive to be a nut free school. Baking can be handed in on Friday 6th December.
- If anyone would like to volunteer to help set up (friday morning, saturday morning), clear up(saturday pm ), or help man a stall at the fayre we would gratefully welcome any help. Please just let us know.

Just a reminder - our Christmas Secret Shop is being held on Friday the 6th December 2019 in school. This shop is only open to pupils, where they will be able to purchase a gift for an adult at home. All gifts are £2.00. A letter was sent out last week with all the details. Please complete the tear off slip from the letter, and return it to school along with the money by Friday the 15th November.

Mauricewood Primary School Christmas Fayre 2019, Saturday 7th December 10am to 12noon.
To help us make our Fayre as successful as last year we are looking for the following donations:
Any individually wrapped Halloween sweets, please hand them into the school so we can make up sweetie bags.
... Any picture frames (we do not need the glass) of any size, please hand these into the school for a craft project.
Any glass jars with lids. Please could these also be handed into schools for our secret jar stall.
And finally, anyone who would like to volunteer on the day of the fayre, please get in touch - the more volunteers the merrier.
