Mautra Double Glazing Repairs

Our P shape conservatory is 13 years old and had a glass roof. Due to the original company fitting the roof incorrectly, the P part was splaying out and gaps were appearing between the roof frame and the glass. The roof was actually caving in. Rain found its way in easily. The doors were skew whiff too because of the roof movement and parts of the guttering were twisted and flooding the garden when it rained. Very worrying. We stopped using the area and really missed the social aspect of it. The company who fitted it were long gone.
We contacted Mautra and asked if they could repair and Tracey said we can fix it. The 3 lads set up 3 roof props and completed a high standard job replacing the heavy glass with heatguard sun deflecting roof panels. All faults were rectified professionally and cheerfully. We are so happy to have this space back in use again and it is more temperature comfortable with the roof glass gone. We are going to have Mautra replace all our other conservatory glass as and when we have saved up enough for this next part of the revamp. Thank you so much Mautra 😀

Absolutely delighted with the repair on our conservatory. Have had several companies doing 'repairs' over the last two years - none of which have worked. Tracy came out and dd a full survey, even at that stage I knew it was going to be a much more professional job. They took the time to do the job properly and following the heavy rains over the last weeks am delighted to say, I finally have found a company that do what they promise.

We've just had patio doors installed by Mautra. Absolutely delighted and can't recommend them highly enough.

Mautra were also life-savers in an emergency a few months back when our front door lock jammed and we couldn't get the door locked!

I would avoid! Maureen (The director) is rude and she is not helpful in the slightest! I waited three weeks longer than expected to be told that none of my order had arrived and that the door was incorrectly sized, despite one of her colleagues measuring it twice and causing damage to the frame of my existing door which need s to be repaired /changed as a result of their incompetence. The door sold to me was against building regulations and this was only highlighted a few days prior to my new install date. No apology and the sarcastic apology over the phone was issued as follows: "If an apology is what you're after, then we apologise." Countless missed deadlines, terrible call experiences, damage to my property.AVOID!

We needed an urgent repair to our double glazed window. Mautra were helpful and friendly when we first contacted and arranged for some-one to come out the following week. The job was done quickly and professionally and they went the extra mile to help us out. We would definitely recommend the company, and will be using them again in the future.
