Maximyze is an Employability Fund Training Provider that specialises in delivering training to young people aged 16-24. We currently deliver 2 training programmes to support young people progress into employment in their chosen career path.

Business Administration & Office Skills: This course can provide the skills and experience required to help you gain employment within several occupational fields. The training we deliver on this course will give you skills that are known as ‘transferrable skills’ meaning you can use them in many different areas of employment. You will also be provided with training in Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.

Construction & Trade Skills: This course teaches you what you really need to know about a career in the construction trade. We place a huge focus on ensuring that you learn what Health and Safety really is and work with you to help you gain your CSCS card.

Both courses require you to undertake a work experience placement with an employer. This has incredible benefits. You can gain real life experience in a live work environment and add some great information to your CV to make you more attractive to potential employers. You can start to build a professional network and will gain a greater understanding of what is expected of you when you enter employment. You will also meet some great people who you will learn a lot from.
