Glasgow-based developer Ediston intends to apply for planning permission in 2018 for residential development on the site of the former Virgin /NTL offices (now demolished) at Maxwell Road, Pollokshields, Glasgow.

This Facebook page has been set up by the developer to share information about the proposals before submission of the planning application: "Pre Application Consultation" as it is officially known.

We will be consulting with the local community during autumn /winter 2017 /18. This page will be regularly updated with details. Please feel free to comment or get in touch.

The planning application will not be submitted before February 2018 at the earliest.
