Mayhem gym is Hamiltons best Martial arts and Boxing Gym, currently shared by Sit ayuthaya Muay Thai, Forsyths Boxing Club and Belgacems School of TKD.

The gym is kitted out with a padded floor, Boxing ring, top of the range punch /kick bags and a wide variety of strength and conditioning equipment.

All the clubs in Mayhem Gym share the common value of hard work, discipline and respect, we work with out students to help them in life and to build confidence, we do not tolerate bully's.
