After about 25 years in the same office tomorrow marks the end of an era as we say goodbye to our office for a few months before moving back to our newly extended and renovated office.
Over the last 25 years we have grew as a business and last year we decided it was time we expanded our office to give us the space we need to continue to grow.
As of this Thursday we will officially be temporarily moved out of our office in Buckie and moved to an office in the Douglas Centre ...in Buckie (just next door to our depot). Our office will be located on the right hand side of the building.
Please bare with us tomorrow afternoon/Thursday while our systems are getting moved premise. Incase of any issue with our phone line please call our out of hours number on 01542 835500.

Maynes Stay On Marque!
Today, We have completed our fifth repeat order with Evobus for 3 new Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coaches, which are all to be delivered early in 2019.
Ordered to the Touring specification, the coaches will seat 53 with leather headrests and 3 point belts. They all feature full air conditioning, Bosch audio and entertainment systems, wood effect flooring, pleated curtains and washroom. Power will be provided by the Mercedes-Benz Euro6 OM 470 engines paired ...with six-speed ZF EcoLife automatic transmissions.
Safety specifications within the vehicles include lane assist and brake assist systems, with Mercedes, safety is paramount throughout the Tourismo build process. The coaches will be used on our touring commitments and increasing private hire clients, with 2 coaches in a tour operators livery and one in our distinctive silver livery.
The coaches will be completed by Mercedes and supplied by Mercedes-Benz Coach Sales at EvoBus (UK) they will replace 3, 2015 euro6 DAF VDL coaches and will see the number of Mercedes Tourismo coaches in our fleet now reach 13 all under 3 years old. We currently have 25 Mercedes vehicles in our fleet, all under 4 years old and all reaching the lowest emission class in Europe today.

Some of you may have noticed we currently have ongoing works at our Buckie depot.
We have an exciting new office extension project underway, and we canŌĆÖt wait for all our customers to see our new office on completion.
As of the 24th September we will moving office premises very close by for a few months whilst the works continue, we will inform you all of the temporary location very soon.

We started off last year as 1 couple going to Donegal on Mark `s coach and met new friends on the coach, and this year we decided to go again on the Ballina trip with 2 friends we met last year and again had a great time and met new friends again and swapped email addresses great value for money and a great way to meet new friends :)
We hired a Maynes bus to take us to & from Aberdeen for my hen party this weekend just passed. Our driver was Andrew and he was very friendly & helpful & was happy to stop the bus for breaks. He had a good laugh with some of the girls and we all had a brilliant time! Thank you very much!!
We have just come back from a fantastic hen weekend for my sister Laura. We booked a Maynes coach private hire for our group as we thought it would be a better option getting to Newcastle and back to Aberdeen. We had a fantastic driver, Ian, who was extremely patient and understanding with our noisey group! The coach was great and we couldn't of asked for a better driver so thank you very much Ian and Maynes for your great service x
We had the Maynes Coach on Saturday for Little Mix in Aberdeen. Fantastic idea was very stress free & our driver (cannot remember his name) was brilliant very friendly,polite and i think he even enjoyed our bus banter as much as we did!
This is the 4th year running we have used Maynes for our annual kids football trip and the level of service never diminishes. From the friendly efficient office staff and the highest quality of bus provided at a very competitive price. The deciding factor for us is having our personal driver Shaw Lindsay who we cannot praise highly enough not only for his magnificent driving and navigational skills but for his interaction with our kids and staff alike and is now very much a part of the Inverness Street League Select family. Thanks again to all the Maynes team and until next year, take care. ’┐Į’┐Į

Where he left us all to get merry
He told us useless information
Until we reached out our destination
He handled our luggage very carefully
And got to know us so cheerfully
Finding out what times and places
Put a smile on all of our faces.

Who turned out to be a bright spark
You'll have to come back like a lark
And we'll show you how to turn in the tattie park.

Our party of three has returned from a David Urquhart Tour to Largs and Millport on one of Maynes Coaches. Our driver, Alan, could not have been more helpful, informative, pleasant and entertaining throughout the trip. My husband recently had a knee replacement operation and was using a wheelchair and my mother who is 85 was using a walking trolley and it was no bother for Alan to have both of these out and ready when required. We were absolutely over the moon with his attention to not only us but everyone else on the trip. Thank you again Alan. :-)
My husband and I have just returned from our trip to Ireland and I just wanted to let you that from the point of booking through to the end of our holiday we can't praise David Urquhart Travel and Maynes coaches enough. A big special mention to Mark our driver, he couldn't do enough for you and made everyone feel special and nothing was any bother to him. His BUS oh sorry Mark I meant to say COACH was always spotless and he kept us all laughing with his corny jokes!! Will certainly be travelling with you again Mr & Mrs Rice Dundee
Monday's city tour could have been a disaster. I was working as a professional Blue Badge Guide for a Norwegian group. Two flights into Aberdeen, one delayed. But my super, obliging driver, Shaw from Maynes, was more than up for working with me to reschedule everything to fit with their requirements. So they all got the tour they were expecting. And a wonderful, brand new (well almost) *lovely* Mercedes coach. Even had a comfy crew seat and two mikes. What more could a guide want? ;-)
Just back tonight from Ballina in Ireland. Have used maynes coaches a few times and have always had a great time. We had Mark as our driver and he was very professional very witty and knowledgeable about surrounding areas. Was a really long journey to ireland though 13 hours from dundee althouh glad i wasnt getting on at aberdeen lol but it did pass in relativley quickly. Would highly recommend maynes coach company.buses are always clean and tidy and Mark takes so much pride and joy of his bus Georgina and alays has a big box full of sweets :) :)
Just back from The Lakes on a David Urquhart trip. Absolutely fantastic. Our driver Alan was the best. Knowledge, wit, entertainment and excellent driver. We were in a party of 9 and all thoroughly enjoyed this real value for money break. Met some lovely friendly people. Never thought I'd be saying this about a coach trip....if Alan reads this... I am the one with the 'wandering ' friend!!!!
Just back from France and travelled overland with Maynes to Lourdes , then Bordeaux from Scotland.. Your driver Shaw was excellent, driving carefully and considerately, supporting us en route. He was engaging with our whole Dunkeld group, not just those on the coach, showing interest in our activities. The coach was new and appropriate to our needs as well as very comfortable. Thank you for helping us have an amazing, safe holiday. Elizabeth B

Heading Home from Manchester after a fantastic Football weekend experience... Luxury Coach and Driver Murray was 1st Class ...
Daughters 11th birthday tonight on the party bus everyone had a magic time the bus is definitely 5 star girls loved it and a big shout out to the driver (shrek) made the girls night thank you well worth it ’┐Į
Buses was very clean and comfortable.
The drivers were very friendly and helpful.
We was picked up from Inverness for a VC parade in Buckie 29th July.
We had to stop off in a few towns on the way to Buckie.
I would certainly choose Maynes first if you need a coach.
Was great seeing your classic bus in the parade with Des driving it
Booked the party bus for a henny. It was great. Would definitely recommend it. We all had a great time in it ’┐Į
'Simply the best' is Mark an immaculate and professional coach driver and a great asset to Mayne's Coaches. This being our first ever coach trip he made it a good time for every one of his passengers and took care of everyone and everything! No hesitation in travelling the Mayne way again, thanks

We booked a Maynes coach private hire for our group as we thought it would be a better option getting to Newcastle and back to Aberdeen. We had a fantastic driver, Ian, who was extremely patient and understanding with our noisey group! The coach was great and we couldn't of asked for a better driver so thank you very much Ian and Maynes for your great service x
We had the Maynes Coach on Saturday for Little Mix in Aberdeen. Fantastic idea was very stress free & our driver (cannot remember his name) was brilliant very friendly,polite and i think he even enjoyed our bus banter as much as we did!
This is the 4th year running we have used Maynes for our annual kids football trip and the level of service never diminishes. From the friendly efficient office staff and the highest quality of bus provided at a very competitive price. The deciding factor for us is having our personal driver Shaw Lindsay who we cannot praise highly enough not only for his magnificent driving and navigational skills but for his interaction with our kids and staff alike and is now very much a part of the Inverness Street League Select family. We knew he was full of ---- kind natureish.
He drove us Dow to the ferry
Where he left us all to get merry
He told us useless information
Until we reached out our destination
He handled our luggage very carefully
And got to know us so cheerfully
Finding out what times and places
Put a smile on all of our faces.

Our party of three has returned from a David Urquhart Tour to Largs and Millport on one of Maynes Coaches. Our driver, Alan, could not have been more helpful, informative, pleasant and entertaining throughout the trip. My husband recently had a knee replacement operation and was using a wheelchair and my mother who is 85 was using a walking trolley and it was no bother for Alan to have both of these out and ready when required. We were absolutely over the moon with his attention to not only us but everyone else on the trip. Thank you again Alan. :-)
My husband and I have just returned from our trip to Ireland and I just wanted to let you that from the point of booking through to the end of our holiday we can't praise David Urquhart Travel and Maynes coaches enough. A big special mention to Mark our driver, he couldn't do enough for you and made everyone feel special and nothing was any bother to him. His BUS oh sorry Mark I meant to say COACH was always spotless and he kept us all laughing with his corny jokes!! Will certainly be travelling with you again Mr & Mrs Rice Dundee
Monday's city tour could have been a disaster. I was working as a professional Blue Badge Guide for a Norwegian group. Two flights into Aberdeen, one delayed. But my super, obliging driver, Shaw from Maynes, was more than up for working with me to reschedule everything to fit with their requirements. So they all got the tour they were expecting. And a wonderful, brand new (well almost) *lovely* Mercedes coach. Even had a comfy crew seat and two mikes. What more could a guide want? ;-)
Just back tonight from Ballina in Ireland. Have used maynes coaches a few times and have always had a great time. We had Mark as our driver and he was very professional very witty and knowledgeable about surrounding areas. Was a really long journey to ireland though 13 hours from dundee althouh glad i wasnt getting on at aberdeen lol but it did pass in relativley quickly. Would highly recommend maynes coach company.buses are always clean and tidy and Mark takes so much pride and joy of his bus Georgina and alays has a big box full of sweets :) :)
Just back from The Lakes on a David Urquhart trip. Absolutely fantastic. Our driver Alan was the best. Knowledge, wit, entertainment and excellent driver. We were in a party of 9 and all thoroughly enjoyed this real value for money break. Met some lovely friendly people. Never thought I'd be saying this about a coach trip....if Alan reads this... I am the one with the 'wandering ' friend!!!!
Just back from France and travelled overland with Maynes to Lourdes , then Bordeaux from Scotland.. Your driver Shaw was excellent, driving carefully and considerately, supporting us en route. He was engaging with our whole Dunkeld group, not just those on the coach, showing interest in our activities. The coach was new and appropriate to our needs as well as very comfortable. Thank you for helping us have an amazing, safe holiday. Elizabeth B

Daughters 11th birthday tonight on the party bus everyone had a magic time the bus is definitely 5 star girls loved it and a big shout out to the driver (shrek) made the girls night thank you well worth it ’┐Į
Buses was very clean and comfortable.
The drivers were very friendly and helpful.
We was picked up from Inverness for a VC parade in Buckie 29th July.
We had to stop off in a few towns on the way to Buckie.
I would certainly choose Maynes first if you need a coach.
Was great seeing your classic bus in the parade with Des driving it

'Simply the best' is Mark an immaculate and professional coach driver and a great asset to Mayne's Coaches. This being our first ever coach trip he made it a good time for every one of his passengers and took care of everyone and everything! No hesitation in travelling the Mayne way again, thanks
We started off last year as 1 couple going to Donegal on Mark `s coach and met new friends on the coach, and this year we decided to go again on the Ballina trip with 2 friends we met last year and again had a great time and met new friends again and swapped email addresses great value for money and a great way to meet new friends :)
We hired a Maynes bus to take us to & from Aberdeen for my hen party this weekend just passed. Our driver was Andrew and he was very friendly & helpful & was happy to stop the bus for breaks. He had a good laugh with some of the girls and we all had a brilliant time! Thank you very much!!
