Indian Head massage- an amazing and extremely relaxing treatment which not only works on the scalp but also the face, neck, shoulder, upper back and arms. These are the areas where we hold most of our stress and tension; this is a stimulating yet deeply relaxing treatment.

This 20 minutes back massage is a great solution for those who have busy lifestyle. The treatment takes only 20 min and involves back, neck and shoulder areas. The massage relieves tension and helps with back and neck pain, reducing stress and fatigue in the same time.

Hot Stone massage

Extremely relaxing heat treatment uses heated basalt stones to perform specific massage techniques. This form of massage together with the stone heat allows for manipulating deep tissues more effectively helping with pain, tension and stiffness relief, but also improves relaxation and reduces stress. The warmth of stones and gentle pressure helps you to unwind and your body to feel rejuvenated.


Lava Shell

Eco-friendly heat treatment uses shell and natural ingredients that are non-toxic and bio-degradable. Self-heating shells are used to perform body massage what brings lots of benefits such as increased metabolism, reduced tension and muscle pain as well as deep relaxation ad stress relief.
This treatment is very similar to hot stones therapy, but instead of stones the therapist use porcelain shells.

Reflexology

This is an ancient practice bringing soothing relief in modern times. Reflexology helps balance and creates positive changes in the body, encourage healing, relieve stress and improve general health and wellbeing. Aromatherapy full body

The practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being as well as having healing properties for many health conditions. The aim of this gentle and relaxing treatment is to introduce oils to the body as they have therapeutic properties and together with massage the treatment brings balance and promotes the health of body, mind and spirit.

This amazing treatment includes exfoliation, mask and body moisturising. A targeted and customized body mask chosen accordingly to your needs and preferences is applied before cocooning your body to maintain warmth and utilizing the heat to encourage the absorption skin-benefiting ingredients.

Mini facial

This treatment is a much relaxing and nice as full facial treatment however is shorter and includes cleanse, exfoliation with mask, mini massage and moisturise using best range products suitable to your skin type.

Lash lift

Eye lash lift- this treatment creates the effect of longer and lifted lashes
and it lasts up to 6 weeks. Patch test required prior to treatment.

APPOINTMENTS
Booking in advance is strongly recommended. If late for appointment, clients may not be given full treatment. Appointments also include consultation and recommendations- please allow 10 minutes more for this. Minimum age for treatment is 16 years.

Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions such as cancer, diabetes, heart problems. Please contact me prior to your appointment if you are suffering from any medical condition, in case of have any concerns. In some cases medical consent from your GP may be required prior to treatment.
