Hi folks,
Here is recent flat roof replacement which was carried out last week, choice of roof covering was EPDM Rubber. As you can see it badly needed attention as parts of the boards were soaking!. _________________________________________ ________ - Roof was completely stripped back to wooden rafters ✅.
... - Re-boarded using 18mm chipboard tongue n groove flooring ✅.
- New lead was installed to replace the flashing tape which was causing leak problems ✅.
- Old wooden facia boards stripped off and new white uPVC full replacement boards were fitted ✅.
- Epdm rubber roof covering was then installed along with the side trims and gutter drip trim ✅.
- New zinc ridging fitted ✅.
- And finally a new deep flow gutter was fitted with new down pipe (in black) ✅. _________________________________________ ________

Recent job finished for an existing customer who we did the rear kitchen extension for at the start of the year.
Garden had to be dug out and levelled in preparation for turf to be laid.
Retaining wall built in block below surface level on a concrete foundation, and facing brick above surface.
... Slabbed pathway laid from the back door to the gate.
Sleepers fitted along edge of turf to create a raised flower bed.
And finally Clothes poles were fitted.

From start to finish here is a beautiful extension with en-suite we recently completed,
Extension was built out from one of the existing bedrooms in which the bedroom was then changed into a small kitchen.
The surrounding groundworks also carried out by ourselves.
... All original soffits/fascia/gutters on the existing house were also replaced with new oak PVC.
