A positively dreadful experience from the moment I walked in it was as if each member of staff had no time for me. Glad to say I don't have time for them either I walked out after waiting 20 mins before I received anything that could remotely be called customer service.

I would ask for a refund of my time if I could!!

Customer service was excellent! Craig made sure I was happy with all aspects of my kilt and cannot fault his attention to detail. Made sure I were aware of all options available and also graduate discounts! Cannot recommend enough as quality of clothing was excellent too. Thank you so much Craig for your help!

Hired full kilt outfit for wedding - great fit & quality. Staff super helpful. Will be back next time

Had a wedding to attend got the kilt laces for the shoes almost snapped display written on the underside of the tie. And the most disgusting thing was a plastic Skean Dhu I was shocked plastic never again

Went in to order kilt for wedding and staff member serving me decided to go view another staff member's Snapchat instead of finishing taking my details and finishing the hire process. Stood at till for bout 10minutes before I left and even during the time I was waiting heard one of the staff members say "aren't you with a customer". Shocking customer service

Terrible place, DO NOT GO THERE; go for a more reputable large retailer like Slaters instead of McCalls. There are several problems with this retailer:

Terrible customer service (occurred more than once). Upon entering the premises, the attitude and manners of staff are impolite and rude. One time when entering McCalls in casual wear, I had to wait over 10 minutes with no one approaching me despite asking the staff. My friend who entered later with a more business wear was approached before me, even though I was there first. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything there and went straight to Slaters and got top class customer service and gave them my business worth over £80. I recently entered McCalls again, and the attitude and manners of the staff were the same, it's fair to now say, I would not be giving them a 3rd chance to improve.

Great highland wear shop with kilt rental. Used many times and had good service each time.

I tried 1 jacket and 3 pairs of trousers. Went back in to pick up the xhosen outfiit after 1 hour and had a 2 sizes smaller jacket in!!
